“It was very difficult for me to name this painting because it meant several things to me. Primarily, it represents the light within myself, but also hope and guidance in uncertain times. Originally, its name was “Guide,” but “Oracle” sounded better.

This picture directs us to look within ourselves. Some days it seems angry to me, other days joyful. It exudes mystique and reflects me back to myself.

It emanates tenderness and fragility, but also strength and hope, even reverence. It gently guides us to look into our hearts to find warmth and love for ourselves and for others.

This painting reminds us to follow our hearts because it always leads us home and illuminates our path even in the darkest of times. The stairs symbolize the journey from darkness to light. The path has not been easy.

This picture also reminds us that we are protected and cared for on our journey, and when we need guidance, it’s worth just looking within. Sometimes we are in the role of a guide or an oracle ourselves, and one of the bravest and most courageous acts we can do as humans is to shine as brightly and authentically as we can to help light the way for others around us. 

Also hidden in the picture is the symbol of a crown made of seven stars. The number 7 has always carried a very mystical energy, and different cultures have attributed various meanings to this number. In this painting, they symbolize connection to divine perfection and wisdom, hope and happiness.”
