I’m Raine — a tattoo artist, painter, and photographer based in Tallinn, Estonia.
I’ve been making art my whole life. Tattooing found me about seven years ago when I was looking for a way to build a life around the thing I cared about most. The more I learned about the craft, its history, and what it means to mark someone permanently, the more intentional my approach became.
Philosophy
I believe images carry weight. A tattoo isn’t just something that looks good — it’s a decision to carry something with you permanently. That means the design, the placement, the symbols, the intention behind it all matter. Every piece I create is built around the person wearing it, not around a trend or a template.
My style sits at the intersection of the ornamental and the figurative — intricate structural framing built around feminine forms, botanical detail, and portraiture with presence. I’m drawn to large-scale work, pieces that have room to breathe and build something complete on the body.
Backround
Outside of tattooing, I paint — mostly acrylics, sometimes oils — and I work as a photographer, shooting portraits, events, and creative projects in the music space. I’m also currently working in creative direction, helping artists develop visual identities that feel true to who they are.
These disciplines aren’t separate to me. They all feed the same way of seeing — everything I make is built around atmosphere, structure, and intention.
Where and how to work with me
I’m based in Tallinn, Estonia and take bookings for custom tattoos year-round. If you have an idea — even a loose one — I’d love to hear it. The consultation process is collaborative. You bring the story, I bring the design.
